MOHAMMED JAABIR

Jaabir is a highly qualified Islamic finance professional with an MBA from IIT Madras and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours). He holds a Master’s in Islamic Finance and is a Certified Islamic Finance Expert, both awarded by AIMS, UK. He is also a certified Business Analyst and has completed multiple NISM certifications in financial markets, strengthening his analytical and regulatory understanding.
His primary expertise lies in Islamic finance consultancy, where he supports clients in developing ethical, Sharia compliant financial structures, products, and investment frameworks. Jaabir’s deep grounding in Islamic financial principles enables him to guide institutions and individuals in building solutions that align with both Sharia requirements and modern financial objectives.
In addition to his consultancy work, Jaabir leads the Portfolio Management Services (PMS) division, where he contributes to investment strategy formulation, portfolio oversight, and client advisory. His approach combines disciplined analysis with a strong understanding of market behaviour, helping clients achieve structured, goal aligned outcomes within Sharia compliant parameters.

MUHAMMAD SOHAIL ANWAR

Sohail is a strategic finance leader, FCCA (ACCA UK) and CPA (ICPAP Pakistan), with additional credentials including CIA (Part Qualified) and a B.Com, bringing 15+ years of multinational experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Pakistan. He has built his career across high impact environments spanning government linked operations, multi sector conglomerates, F&B, trading, technical services, construction, and banking.
He is known for delivering financial clarity, operational discipline, and sustainable value creation. Sohail has led finance functions for large scale operations, including a Saudi MOFA aligned visa services network that processed 7M+ applications, where he oversaw budgeting, multi branch finance, procurement optimization, audit leadership (EY, PwC), and strategic reporting to senior stakeholders.
Sohail partners closely with CEOs, boards, and cross functional leaders to strengthen governance, enhance profitability, and enable data driven decision making. His expertise includes FP&A, corporate tax & VAT, ERP implementation (Oracle, MS Dynamics, Navision, Odoo, Zoho), cost control, digital finance, and performance management.
